As a Shop Lead (Auto-Fleet-Parkway), you'll assign work to Technicians at all levels. You'll mentor and train and ensure high-quality customer service.

What is the work?
Management (Lead duties) / Mechanics / Training:
- Oversees job duties of all Technician levels
- Opens / closes repair orders and issues jobs to techs as needed
- Explains / aids / prioritizes equipment failure and failure analysis (including break downs)
- Controls flow of inoperative and repaired equipment
- Oversees shop operation in the absence of Supervisor
- Issue POs to outside vendors
- Mentors / trains lower-level Technicians
- Designs / implements preventative maintenance schedules
- Assists in auditing overall work completed in the shop for quality workmanship; provides feedback to Technicians
- Ensures appropriate resources are available to meet customer demands
- Provides / ensures a high-quality customer service experience
- Recommends appropriate changes to internal process

What is your background?
- 3+ years of industry-related experience
- Extensive experience in mechanical work
- Experience in leadership
- Current Texas driver's license / CDL if applicable

Do you have what it takes to be a fit as a Fleet Shop Lead (Auto-Fleet-Parkway)?
- Working knowledge of safety programs
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to diagnose mechanical problems
